NOTES
Booking requests will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Once confirmed a non-refundable deposit of £150 (per week or part week) is required to secure the booking.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of deposit.
Between 6 and 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of 50% of total booking cost.
Less than 6 weeks before arrival – Loss of 100% of total booking cost.
The outstanding balance for the booking is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings less than 10 weeks in advance full payment is required at time of booking.
Deposits and final payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. We shall inform you of the details either by email or verbally.
The property will be available on your day of arrival from 4:00pm, on your last day we ask that you vacate the property by 10:00am.
All bookings will be subject to a damage security deposit of £200 ($300) . Upon departure from the property our Management Company shall inspect the property, upon a "no damage" report your deposit shall be returned. (Normally within 14 days)
